Strategic Account Manager
The Strategic Account Manager will establish and maintain high-level relationships with existing and prospective customers, often presenting to C-level executives. This full cycle role includes business development, solutions proposal, closing the deal, implementation planning and account management. Our customers, both nationwide and international, include individual operations and Fortune 500 companies, including OEM and Corporate customers such as BMW, Cadillac, Harley-Davidson, Hertz, Lexus, U-Save Auto Rental and many others.
Responsibilities Include:
• Build effective relationships with existing and prospective corporate and individual customers exploring their business models, and developing an awareness of potential solution opportunities.
• Personify TSD for your accounts; assume responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Create proposals and presentations, conduct on-line presentations, overcome objections, close deals and grow sales revenues and profits.
• Represent TSD at trade shows, conventions, and corporate account locations.
• Manage projects related to sales, seeking feedback from the customer during the implementation of contracts and throughout the relationship.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and developments.
• Coordinate with other internal departments as needed to build or expand business opportunities.

Experience Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• Enthusiasm, Aptitude and Energy to be a key individual contributor and part of a great team.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, customer relations, dealership or rental company industries.
• Outstanding Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Proven track record in exceeding goals and expectations
